Role OverviewWe're looking for an experienced Instagram Music Marketing Specialist who understands music culture, creator ecosystems, and what drives discovery on social media.

You will be responsible for building and managing our influencer network, creating innovative campaign opportunities, and helping artists and labels reach new audiences through impactful Instagram marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

- Build and manage relationships with influencers, lyrics pages, edit pages, meme pages, and creator communities
- Execute Instagram marketing campaigns for artists, labels, and music releases
- Identify and develop new promotional categories and creator opportunities
- Negotiate commercial partnerships and campaign deliverables
- Create campaign plans and present strategies to clients and internal stakeholders
- Track campaign performance and optimize results based on insights and data




- Stay updated with music, creator, and social media trends across India
- Work closely with client servicing and business teams to ensure successful campaign execution

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Instagram marketing, influencer marketing, or music marketing
- Strong understanding of the Indian music and creator ecosystem
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong presentation and client-facing skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance
- Passion for music, digital culture, and social media

Preferred
- Experience working with music labels or agencies.
- Existing network of influencers, creator pages, and music communities.
- Experience using social media analytics and reporting tools.
