What You’ll Do Call and engage with leads generated through marketing campaigns Understand learner requirements and recommend relevant Skillcase programs Explain course advantages, fees, structure, and career opportunities Follow up with interested leads and convert them into enrolments Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or education sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable making a high volume of calls Strong persuasion, follow-up, and closing skills Target-driven and self-motivated Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can also apply Compensation: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives
