We are looking for experienced sales people to handle our outreach in international markets. This is not a fresher role and it is not a call centre role.

How the process works

1. We give you prospect data. Verified company details, contact names, phone numbers and email IDs.
2. You reach out by phone and email, following the rules of that market. Calling hours, do-not-call lists, email consent rules, and so on. We brief you on all of it before you start and we give you the templates and sequences.
3. You run the first conversation, understand the need, and build interest.
4. From there you either hand the lead to our internal team, or you carry the deal to close yourself. Closing it yourself pays you more.

What we give you

- Full compliance briefing for each market you work
- Pitch decks, case studies,

- A person from our team on the call when the client wants technical detail
- Direct access to the founders. No layers in between

What you need

- At least 1 years in sales, ideally services or software
- Real experience selling into North America, GCC or Europe. India-only experience will not work here
- Clear, confident English. You will be speaking to marketing heads and business owners
- Willingness to work hours that match your market
- Ability to work on your own without daily supervision

What you earn

- Fixed monthly retainer, discussed on our first call
- Up to 30% commission per deal, based on market and deal size
- Commission continues on repeat business from clients you bring in
- No cap on earnings
- Freelance to begin with. Full time and team lead roles open up based on results
