Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive – IndiaMART to manage incoming inquiries from IndiaMART and convert qualified leads into orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and respond to daily IndiaMART inquiries.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Qualify leads based on product, quantity, application and requirement.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Regularly follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Coordinate with the technical, production and commercial teams for customer requirements.
- Convert qualified inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records.
- Track inquiry-to-order conversion and follow-up status.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure timely communication.

Required Skills




- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and follow-up ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Experience with IndiaMART or similar B2B portals preferred.
- Experience in industrial/engineering product sales preferred.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and coordinate internally.

Experience 1–4 years in Inside Sales, Telesales, B2B Sales, IndiaMART Sales or Industrial Sales preferred.

Education

Graduate / Diploma preferred.
