- Handle incoming sales inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Explain products/services, pricing, features, and advantages to customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads and existing customers.
- Maintain customer and lead information in CRM/Excel.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the sales team.
- Track sales activities and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
