Job Title: Business Development Associate (Inside sales)-Kolkata

Location: Salt Lake, Sector-5, Kolkata (Work from Office)

CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA (4 Fixed + 4 Variables )

Experience Required: 1–3 years in telesales/retail sales

Role Overview:

We are looking for articulate and trustworthy Sales Associates to guide clients through high- value gemstone and sacred product purchases. This is a consultative selling role, where you’ll engage with warm inbound leads over phone calls and help them make meaningful, informed buying decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound sales queries over the phone
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable gemstones or sacred wearables Build trust through clear and honest communication
- Explain product value, pricing, and authenticity
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up with prospects
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer service

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills
- Prior experience in telesales, retail sales, or any phone-based selling role
- Ability to handle high-value product conversations with professionalism




- Comfortable working in a structured sales workplace
- Interest in gemstones, sacred items, or wellness-focused products is a plus
- Willing to work 6 days a week (11:00 AM – 9:00 PM)
- Weekly Off: Sunday
