With our innovative and path breaking- Jewellery insurance for end customers we are making jewellery owning stress free for jewellery buyers and offering jewellery retailers a unique cost effective marketing and loyalty building tool. Olocker counts more than 3000 retailers as its loyal count which include names like Senco, Kisna, Limelight, Khimji, Ratnalaya and many more regional business leaders.

Olocker is looking to augment its customer facing team and as an inside sales executive .You will be the voice of Olocker. You will connect with small and large retail business owners over the phone, introduce them to our concept, and handhold them through their journey from a new user to a loyal, paying customer.

- Outbound Outreach: Initiate phone calls, guide them around our solution, platform and features.
- Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with business owners by addressing their queries and understanding their business needs.
- Conversion & Sales: Drive user engagement to convert active users into ultimate premium buyers of Olocker's services.
- Feedback Loop:



Maintain an accurate log of calls, feedback, and pipeline status in our tracking system.

Key Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills- Hindi, English, Regional languages like Marathi, Tamil, Kannad, Malyali, Bengali, Odiya is an added requirement for we prefer to communicate with our clients in their home language more.
- Sales and relationship mindset- Failing to convert is an essential feature of this job but candidate should be of positive mindset- we expect that you bounce back from one rejection to next call without getting disheartened and look to cultivate long term beneficial relationship with both prospects and converted clients.
- Team and tech mindeset: work in a team, have tech savvy attitude
- Experience: atleast 12-15 months of experience in customer facing role- calling/handling in person in NEEDED.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
