Inside Sales Executive

Role: Inside Sales Executive

Experience: 1–3 years in inside sales / tele-sales

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with potential customers.

- Generate, qualify and follow up on leads.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

- Explain product features, pricing, offers and other details.

- Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.

- Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and email.

- Maintain customer and lead records in CRM/Excel.

- Coordinate with the field sales and operations teams.

- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns.

- Prepare daily/weekly sales and follow-up reports.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.

- Good negotiation and sales skills.

- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.

- Freshers with good communication skills can also be considered.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
