Role Description The Inside Sale Executive (Edtech) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the professional will engage with prospective learners and institutional clients via phone, email, and online channels to present Edtech offerings, understand needs, and recommend suitable solutions.

Daily activities include lead qualification, follow-ups, pipeline management, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to align sales messaging, conducting product demonstrations when needed, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

The Inside Sale

Executive will work toward meeting individual and team sales targets while adhering to ethical and customer-centric selling practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with experience in meeting or exceeding revenue or conversion targets.




- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and prospecting skills, including the ability to identify, qualify, and nurture potential customers.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, demonstrating empathy, responsiveness, and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with Edtech products or the education sector, and experience with CRM or sales tools, is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, adapt to a fast-paced setting, and maintain high levels of professionalism and integrity.
