Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Informatica Consultant / Senior Integration Engineer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), Informatica Managed File Transfer (MFT/IMFT), Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Cloud Application Integration (CAI), and Cloud B2B Gateway .

The role involves designing, developing, migrating, implementing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing end-to-end data integration and file transfer solutions . The candidate will also contribute to integration framework enhancements, migration activities, testing, firewall-related tasks, and hypercare support.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, implement, and maintain data integration workflows using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) .
- Develop and support integration solutions using Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Cloud Application Integration (CAI) .
- Configure, develop, and optimize Informatica Managed File Transfer (MFT/IMFT) solutions for secure and reliable file exchange.
- Work with Cloud B2B Gateway for secure business-to-business data and file integration.
- Design and implement ETL/data integration processes , data transformations, mappings, workflows, and integration pipelines.
- Develop and maintain Shell/Bash scripts for automation, data processing, file transfers, and integration activities.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database-related integration processes .
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, application teams, infrastructure teams,



and other cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Perform performance tuning and optimization of IICS integration workflows and data pipelines.
- Monitor integration jobs, MFT processes, and data pipelines and proactively resolve failures, performance issues, and data discrepancies.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex IICS, MFT, CDI, CAI, B2B, ETL, and data integration issues .
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation covering integrations, workflows, mappings, configurations, and operational processes.
- Participate in the complete migration lifecycle , including firewall activities, development support, testing, deployment, validation, and hypercare support.
- Understand existing integration framework concepts and contribute to framework enhancements and improvements.
- Support development, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Stay current with IICS features, integration best practices, MFT capabilities, and cloud integration technologies .
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on IICS, MFT, CDI, CAI, and data integration .

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,



Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field .
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Informatica integration technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS)
- Informatica Managed File Transfer (MFT/IMFT)
- Cloud Data Integration (CDI)
- Cloud Application Integration (CAI)
- Cloud B2B Gateway
- Solid understanding of data integration, ETL, data transformation, and data warehousing concepts .
- Strong experience with MFT/file transfer technologies and secure data exchange.
- Good hands-on experience with Shell Scripting/Bash for automation.
- Strong knowledge of SQL , stored procedures, and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL .
- Experience in integration migration, testing, deployment, production support, and hypercare activities .
- Experience troubleshooting complex integration failures, data issues, and performance problems .
- Understanding of integration frameworks and experience supporting framework enhancements .

Preferred Qualifications

- Informatica certifications such as Informatica Cloud Data Integration Specialist or other relevant Informatica certifications.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS .
- Experience with REST APIs, API integration, and web services .
- Familiarity with API management and cloud-based integration architectures.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams.
