About the Role

What The Flex are looking for a creative, confident and proactive Influencer Marketing Executive to support our Instagram, creator collaborations and digital marketing activities. The role involves creator research, follow-ups, campaign coordination, basic analytics and Meta Ads support.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with Nano, Micro, Macro, CAT A & CAT B influencers/creators.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations, briefs, content submissions and deliverables.
- Handle regular creator follow-ups and relationship management.
- Assist in negotiating collaboration costs and managing campaign budgets.
- Support Instagram content and trend research.
- Assist with Meta Ads campaigns and basic performance tracking.
- Track reach, engagement, clicks, conversions and campaign ROI.




- Maintain influencer databases and campaign trackers using Google Sheets/Excel.
- Use basic formulas in Sheets for calculations and campaign reporting.
- Prepare basic campaign performance reports and insights.
- Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams for smooth execution.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Reels and social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and digital marketing analytics.
- Comfortable working on Google Sheets/Excel and basic formulas.
- Positive negotiation and coordination skills.
- Creative mindset with an interest in fashion, influencers and digital content.
- Proactive, organized and willing to learn.
