Acropolis Innovation & Incubation Hub (AIIH Foundation) | Indore

AIIH Foundation is looking for an Incubation Associate to join our team and work closely with early-stage startups, innovators and entrepreneurs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial setting, interacting with founders, coordinating with mentors and ecosystem partners, and helping startups move from ideas and prototypes towards validation, market readiness and growth.

What We Are Looking For

1. 0–3 years of experience in startup incubation, entrepreneurship, business development, program management, consulting, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in startups, innovation and entrepreneurship.
3.



Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work with founders, mentors, investors, faculty and external stakeholders.
5. Strong follow-up, coordination and execution skills.
6. Good research, documentation and presentation skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines simultaneously.
8. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with tools such as Canva is an advantage.
9. An entrepreneurial mindset — curious, proactive, resourceful and willing to take ownership.
