Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 CTC per month, depending on experience and skills.

About the Role

Femora India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Inbound Supervisor to manage the receiving, unloading, inspection hand-off, GRN and put-away of all incoming goods — including imported containers and domestic purchase orders — with accurate and timely stock updates.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and supervise unloading of import containers and domestic purchase inwards as per the daily receiving schedule.
- Verify received quantity against PO / packing list / invoice and record short, excess and damaged cartons at the dock.
- Prepare GRN in ERP/WMS on the same day of receipt and hand over goods to QC for inspection.
- Ensure correct labelling, batch/lot tagging and put-away to the assigned bin locations after QC clearance.
- Coordinate with Purchase, QC, Imports/Logistics and Accounts teams on receipt discrepancies and documentation.
- Maintain inbound registers, container unloading reports and daily receiving MIS.




- Allocate manpower and material-handling equipment for receiving; ensure safe handling of ceramic and glass products.
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness and 5S at the receiving dock and staging area.
- Follow company SOPs and escalate delays or non-conformances to the Warehouse Incharge.

Required Skills & Qualification

- Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, B.Com, BBA, or relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse receiving, inbound or inventory operations.
- Working MS Excel knowledge is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with GRN, PO matching and stock inward processes.
- ERP/WMS knowledge will be an advantage.
- Ability to handle loaders/helpers and manage container unloading within time.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
