Job Overview:

- Position Title: Implementor Coach / Business Coach
- Department: Service / Client Success / Program Operations
- Location: Surat (Local candidates only)
- Employment Type: Full-time, client-facing, and field-based role
- Travel Requirement: Must be ready to travel outstation approximately 4–7 days per client engagement for visits, workshops, and reviews

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Transformation & Analysis: Conduct in-depth business analysis of assigned clients to identify organizational gaps, operational bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Program Execution: Support the development, execution, and monitoring of transformation plans, driving the Business Development Workshop, Udaan Foundation Program and Udaan Transformation Program successfully.
- Process Adoption: Guide clients hands-on in adopting recommended processes, recent systems, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Workshops & Business Development: Conduct high-impact Business Development workshops for clients and proactively identify new transformation opportunities arising from workshop discussions.
- Client Visits & Field Work:



Visit client locations for on-ground implementation, deep-dive reviews, and operational analysis (involving outstation travel of approximately 4–7 days per engagement).
- Review Meetings: Lead regular virtual review meetings over Zoom as well as in-person review sessions directly at the client's office to track growth metrics.
- Coordination & Scheduling: Coordinate seamlessly with clients for meeting scheduling, prompt follow-ups, and smooth execution of all implementation milestones.
- Internal Team Alignment: Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of all transformation services.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed Minutes of Meeting (MoM) for every client discussion or review within 24 hours, meticulously tracking all pending action items.
- MIS & Progress Updates: Maintain up-to-date records of client assessments, implementation roadmaps, progress reports, and CRM updates to ensure absolute transparency.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Location: Must be based locally in Surat.
- Education: Graduate in Management, Commerce, Business Administration, Operations, or equivalent.
- Experience: Prior experience in business coaching, implementation, or client handling preferred.
- Skills: Strong follow-up discipline, problem-solving, attention to detail, basic presentation skills, and professional communication.
- Mindset: Comfortable with field work, outstation travel, handling difficult client conversations, and maintaining composure under pressure.

Note: This is not a conventional 9-to-6 desk job. It is a responsibility-based, client-oriented role where working hours may flex depending on client needs, workshops, and travel requirements.
