Job Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective students/customers and generate qualified leads
- Understand educational loan requirements and provide relevant information
- Follow up with leads and assist customers through the initial loan process
- Maintain accurate customer details and lead records
- Achieve assigned lead generation and performance targets
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate candidates only
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience in customer service, sales, loan processing or educational loans preferred
- Robust interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach
