Position: IBDP Teachers (Mathematics, English, ICT and Psychology)

Locations: SGI School, Pune and Kolhapur

Experience: Mandatory International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) experience required

About the Role

SGI School is currently seeking energetic, passionate, and experienced educators to join our esteemed faculty for the IBDP curriculum at our Pune and Kolhapur campuses. We are looking for subject matter experts who can inspire students, foster critical thinking, and deliver high-standard instruction aligned with international standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach IBDP Mathematics / English / Psychology / ICT / CS to high school students with engaging, inquiry-based pedagogical approaches.
- Design lesson plans, assessments, and activities in strict compliance with IB guidelines and standards.
- Guide students through internal assessments (IAs), Extended Essays (EE),



and Theory of Knowledge (TOK) components where applicable.
- Monitor individual student progress and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure a holistic, supportive learning environment.

Candidate Requirements

- Mandatory: Minimum 2 to 4 years of proven teaching experience specifically within the IBDP curriculum .
- A relevant Master's/Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, English, or Psychology, along with a B.Ed. or recognized teaching certification.
- Strong understanding of IB assessment criteria, curriculum design, and modern educational technology.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
