Position: HVAC Project Engineer

Experience: 4–5 Years Minimum

Qualification

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC / Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
- Candidates must have a strong HVAC project execution background.

Required Experience Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC project execution, with positive exposure to:

- Split AC – Hot & Cold
- VRF / VRV systems
- Ductable AC
- Cassette AC
- Chiller systems
- Low-side HVAC works – ducting, piping, insulation, drain lines, supports, etc.
- HVAC equipment installation, testing and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and execute HVAC projects as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and project schedules.
- Supervise installation of AC equipment, copper/refrigerant piping, ducting, insulation, drain piping and other low-side works.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, vendors and site teams.
- Check site measurements, material requirements and ensure materials are used as per BOQ.
- Monitor manpower, productivity, quality and project progress.
- Read and interpret HVAC drawings, shop drawings, layouts and schematics.
- Coordinate testing,



commissioning, troubleshooting and handing over of HVAC systems.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality and installation standards.
- Identify site issues and provide timely technical solutions.
- Control material wastage and ensure proper utilization of project materials.
- Support preparation of as-built drawings, completion documents and client handover.

Preferred Skills
- Strong practical knowledge of HVAC installation and project execution.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to understand HVAC drawings.
- Good knowledge of HVAC materials, tools and installation practices.
- Good communication, coordination and team-management skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites whenever required.

Preference: Candidates with 4–5+ years of direct HVAC project experience will be considered. Candidates from general construction/mechanical projects without substantial HVAC project experience are not preferred. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
