1. Estimation & BOQ Preparation

- Study HVAC drawings, BOQs, specifications, and tender documents.

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for HVAC equipment, ducting, piping, insulation, grilles/diffusers, controls, etc.

- Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations based on project requirements.

- Check quantities and identify any missing or additional items in the BOQ.

- Prepare comparative statements for different equipment/material options.

1. Tender & Drawing Analysis

- Review tender documents, HVAC layouts, specifications, and scope of work.

- Understand the complete HVAC scope and identify inclusions, exclusions, and deviations.

- Coordinate with the design/engineering team for technical clarifications.

- Study heat-load calculations, equipment schedules, and technical specifications where required.

1. Vendor & Supplier Coordination





- Obtain quotations from vendors for HVAC equipment and materials.

- Compare vendor prices, specifications, delivery timelines, and commercial terms.

- Negotiate rates with suppliers wherever required.

- Maintain updated vendor rate lists for regular HVAC materials and equipment.

1. Commercial Proposal

- Prepare commercial offers, rate analysis, and price break-ups.

- Calculate material, labour, installation, transportation, overheads, and other project costs.

- Ensure appropriate margins are considered before submitting quotations.

- Prepare and maintain quotation records.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
