We are looking for an experienced HVAC Design Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC design and MEP consultancy projects. The candidate will be responsible for designing HVAC systems, preparing engineering drawings, performing load calculations, coordinating with other MEP services, and ensuring that designs comply with applicable standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed HVAC designs for commercial, retail, mall, residential and other building projects.

- Perform HVAC heat-load calculations and equipment selection.

- Design chilled water, VRF/VRV, DX and ventilation systems as applicable.

- Prepare HVAC layouts, ducting layouts, piping layouts and equipment room layouts.

- Prepare and review HVAC shop drawings and design drawings.

- Develop equipment schedules, duct sizing, pipe sizing and pressure-drop calculations.

- Coordinate HVAC designs with Electrical, Plumbing,



Fire Fighting, Structural and Architectural services.

- Review BOQs, specifications and technical requirements.

- Conduct design reviews and resolve technical issues during project execution.

- Visit project sites when required and provide technical support to the project team.

- Review contractor/subcontractor drawings and technical submissions.

- Ensure designs comply with applicable ASHRAE, IS and project-specific standards.

- Assist in preparing technical specifications, BOQs and tender documents.

- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants and site/project teams.

- Ensure timely completion of assigned design deliverables.

Pay: ₹11,415.74 - ₹45,797.48 per month
