? Roles & Responsibilities

* Screen and shortlist candidate applications.

- Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinate interview timings with candidates and the HR team.
- Conduct the first round of HR interviews.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment data in Excel.
- Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
- Support the recruitment team with day-to-day HR activities.
