Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for pharmaceutical formulation roles in a GMP-regulated manufacturing workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle hiring for Production, QA, QC, Engineering, and Warehouse roles
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, consultants, referrals, and campus hiring
- Coordinate interviews, manage offers, and ensure smooth joining
- Maintain recruitment data and support bulk hiring needs
Requirements:
- 2–6 years of experience in pharma formulation recruitment
- Knowledge of OSD manufacturing environments
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences
