Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

The Human Resources

Manager will develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing HR documentation, coordinating training and development programs, handling conflict resolution, and fostering a positive,



inclusive workplace culture aligned with the company’s values.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Skills in HR policy development, HR operations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to design and implement training, learning, and development initiatives to support employee growth.
- Proven capability in organizational development, change management, and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with a focus on building trust and collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience with HR metrics and reporting.
- Proficiency with HRIS or HR-related software and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in an HR managerial or senior HR role; experience in real estate or a client-focused services industry is preferred.
