Role Overview

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our HR team and handle recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and campus hiring drives .

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring platforms .
- Screen candidates based on the job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate campus placement drives with colleges and universities.
- Build relationships with college placement teams and coordinate hiring requirements.
- Participate in walk-in drives, job fairs, and other recruitment activities .
- Follow up with selected candidates until their joining.




- Achieve assigned hiring targets and ensure positions are closed within timelines.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment.
- Previous Experinece in a recruitment firm is preferred.
- Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment can also apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates and college placement teams.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets .
- Willingness to travel for campus drives when required.
