Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our Human Resources department in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a good understanding of HR practices and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation.

HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Assist in payroll inputs and employee perks administration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities and events.




- Address employee queries and provide HR support.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Support employee retention and welfare initiatives.

Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain employee files and statutory records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.

Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Familiarity with HRMS/ATS platforms.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
