Role Description The Human Resources Recruiter at Tightwell Fasteners will manage end-to-end recruitment for positions across manufacturing, engineering, and corporate functions in the Gurugram facility. This full-time, on-site role involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating selection processes, and supporting hiring managers with role definitions and competency requirements.

The recruiter will maintain candidate pipelines, manage job postings, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Daily activities include coordinating recruitment events, updating applicant tracking records,



preparing offer letters, and supporting onboarding for new hires. The role also contributes to HR reporting, adherence to company policies, and collaboration with the broader HR team to support workforce planning and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

- Experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offer processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and basic HR documentation practices.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Knowledge of manufacturing or industrial sector roles is preferred; experience recruiting for technical or skilled positions is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
