What is the role like:

NeuroEquilibrium is looking for HR Business Partner with 4-7 years of experience into relevant field.

Responsibilities, this role will have, are as below:

- Manage the entire recruitment process from job requisition creation to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and internal referrals.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for the organization.




- Coordinate onboarding processes for recent hires, including orientation, training, and paperwork completion.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on a range of HR matters, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and employee relations issues.
- Monitor HR metrics and analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulatory requirements.

Skills do we look for:

· Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

· Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee engagement, talent acquisition, business partnering, training, onboarding, exit formalities, joining formalities, business hr, recruitment, employee relations, employee engagement.

· People oriented and results driven.

· Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.

· Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

· Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

· Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

· In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
