Role Description The Human Resources Associate is a full time. this is a remote (work from anywhere) position.This role supports day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining HR records, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration.

The Human Resources

Associate helps coordinate training and development programs, supports performance management processes, and responds to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner.



The role also involves assisting with recruitment activities, organizing HR-related events, ensuring adherence to company policies, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to foster an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Operations, with the ability to support daily HR processes and policies.
- Experience or interest in Training & Development, including supporting onboarding, learning initiatives, and skills-building programs.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively and respectfully with team members across levels and functions.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, organized work style.
- Familiarity with HR information systems, basic knowledge of labor regulations, and prior experience in a technology or healthcare-related environment is a plus.
