Role & responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients.
- Understand client requirements, job specifications and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through Naukari, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, references and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and behavioural requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, interview feedback and offer negotiations.
- Ensure candidates join within agreed timelines.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and candidate databases.
- Handle multiple vacancies and clients simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with candidates and clients.
- Achieve recruitment targets and closure timelines.
- Support the team in building new candidate databases and talent pools.
