Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.
- Conduct bulk hiring campaigns by identifying talent pools through various channels such as social media platforms, job boards, employee referrals etc.
- Ensure timely communication with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external stakeholders (candidates).
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations or Recruitment Operations role.
- Robust understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including bulk hiring techniques.
- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
