We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) Intern to support our HR team in recruitment and day-to-day HR activities while gaining practical exposure to different areas of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring records.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation.
- Assist in Learning & Development and training coordination.
- Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, and HR events.
- Assist with attendance, employee communication,



and routine HR operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information.
- Coordinate with senior HR and management team.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed an MBA/PGDM in HR
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Eagerness to learn and take responsibility.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
