Job Title: HR Recruiting Intern

Shift: Night Shift (e.g., 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST)

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated HR Interns who want to start their career in Human Resources. This internship gives hands-on exposure to corporate recruitment, candidate engagement, and HR operations, making it ideal for freshers with a passion for HR.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Sourcing & Screening: Source relevant profiles from Naukri, LinkedIn, and US Job Boards (Dice, Monster) for technical roles (Backend, Platform, AI Engineers etc).
- Telephonic Screening: Conduct initial screening of candidates during US/Night hours to assess communication skills, technical experience, and availability.
- Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers in US time zones; manage calendar invites and Zoom/Meet links.
- Database Management: Maintain daily/weekly hiring trackers and update candidate status in the ATS/Excel sheets.
- Candidate Engagement: Follow up with applicants to ensure timely feedback and a smooth hiring experience.
- Documentation: Assist with creating job descriptions, formatting resumes, and handling onboarding documentation for selected candidates.





Eligibility Criteria:

- Education: Any Graduate
- Shift Availability: Must be willing to work strictly in Night Shifts (e.g., US hours).
- Infrastructure: Must have a laptop, secure internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attributes: Good discipline, time management, and ability to stay productive during night hours.
