Key Responsibilities:

- Handle recruitment from Top Management to Junior Level.

- Recruit both White-Collar and Blue-Collar employees.

- Understand manpower requirements from all departments.

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, consultants, and direct recruitment.

- Screen and shortlist suitable candidates.

- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.

- Handle challenging and hard-to-fill positions.

- Negotiate salary and joining dates with selected candidates.

- Follow up with candidates until they join.

- Maintain candidate and recruitment records.

- Build a strong database of candidates for future requirements.

- Handle urgent and bulk recruitment requirements.

- Understand industry-level recruitment challenges, salary trends, skill shortages, and candidate availability.

- Ensure the right candidate is recruited within the required time.

Main Requirement:

The candidate should be robust in recruitment, good at finding difficult-to-source candidates, and capable of hiring employees at all levels from senior management to blue-collar workers.
