Responsibility

Strategy and Implementation

- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.

- Analyse HR metrics and data to make informed decisions and improve HR practices.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR management.

Employee Engagement and Talent Development

- Lead HR Operations and ensure seamless implementation of engagement initiatives.

- Introduce and execute cutting-edge engagement practices.

- Draft various communications such as Welcome Aboard messages an announcements.

- Drive Talent Development initiatives & follow-ups to ensure completion of assigned tasks.

Operations

- Collaborate with the TA team to ensure smooth onboarding and quality of hires.

- Ensure accurate updation of talent details & document upload in HR system without errors.

- Ensure seamless implementation of Dalmia Policies and address related queries.

- Ensure timely and error-free payroll inputs for all employees.

- Monitor and ensure accurate maintenance of all talent information.





- Execute the Performance Management System (PMS) as per the plan.

- Prepare the HR budget on time with the desired quality and accuracy.

- Conduct quarterly market visits to assess field sales and technical team behavior and gather market insights. Share consolidated reports with HRBP Lead, Regional HRBP, and Zonal Heads.

- Update organization structures periodically to reflect role and team changes.

- Conduct exit interviews (pre- and post-exit) and share key findings with relevant stakeholders.

- Organize skip-level meetings to gather employee feedback and enhance engagement.

- Identify system and process gaps and drive closure to ensure smooth HR operations.

Self Development

- Update functional knowledge

- Participate in Continuous Learning Interventions, & develop behavioural skills

- Identification of Learning Needs, facilitation/execute of Workshops & Programs in collaboration of Corporate L&D;
