Role: HR Placements & Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Kukatpally, Hyderabad. Telangana

Employment Type: Full-time | On-site

Job Purpose:

Responsible for managing end-to-end placement activities for clinOXY Solutions® students, connecting trained candidates with relevant job opportunities, coordinating recruitment processes and supporting students through successful placement.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Manage Student Placements – Handle end-to-end placement activities for clinOXY Solutions® students and identify suitable job opportunities.
2.



Candidate Screening – Conduct initial interviews and assess students based on qualifications, skills, communication, and job suitability.
3. Job Chance Identification – Identify relevant vacancies across Clinical Research, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Data Management, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Writing, Medical Devices, and related fields.
4. Employer Coordination – Build relationships with HR teams, recruiters, CROs, pharmaceutical companies, and other healthcare organizations.
5. Interview Coordination – Coordinate candidate shortlisting, panel interviews, interview schedules, and follow-ups with employers and students.
6. Candidate Preparation – Support students with interview preparation, resume guidance, communication skills, and basic career counselling.
