Experience: 0–1 Year | Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA-HR Preferred

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to support recruitment and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.

Handle initial candidate calls, interview coordination, and follow-ups.

Manage recruitment for Sales and Real Estate positions.

Coordinate offer and joining formalities.

Assist with employee documentation and onboarding.

Maintain employee records and HR trackers.

Support payroll-related activities and attendance coordination.

Assist the HR team with daily HR operations and employee queries.

Requirements: 0–1 year of HR/recruitment experience; freshers can apply**.

Any Graduate; MBA-HR preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
