Location: Dubai, UAE (2-3 Months initial in India)

What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - Positive candidate sourcing and screening skills

Experience with Linkedin, Naukri, and other sourcing plattorms

Strong candidate follow-up and interview coordination skills

Good stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Prior HR/Recruitment experience is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify candidates through multiple channels
- Screen profiles based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate tollow-ups
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
