Job Requirements -

· Design and update job descriptions.

· Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms like Monster .com, Naukri.com, etc).

· Craft recruiting emailsto attract passive candidates.

· Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person).

· Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.

· Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.

· Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.

· Act as a consultant to recent hires and help them onboard.





· Knowledge of Email Drafting.

· Basically, we have to do End to End Recruitment for Non- IT industry for PAN Indian. (Sales, Accounts, CA, Back Office and many more….
