Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai Experience: 0–3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and help us build our growing team.
Key Responsibilities Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions. Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references and social media . Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls. Schedule and coordinate interviews with management. Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Support onboarding and joining formalities.
Who Are We Looking
For? Good communication and interpersonal skills. Solid follow-up and coordination skills. Comfortable using LinkedIn, Excel and job portals . Self-motivated and organised. Prior recruitment experience preferred; freshers with good communication skills can apply .
