Job Overview

- Position: HR Executive / Recruiter (Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities

- Aggressive Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and hire high-performing Real Estate Sales Executives, Relationship Managers, Telecallers, and Digital Marketers.
- Volume Hiring Management: Run frequent walk-in drives and maintain a steady pipeline of candidates to counter the fast-paced turnover typical in property sales.
- Onboarding & Compliance: Handle document collection, generate offer letters, perform background checks, and conduct induction programs for recent agents.
- Performance Tracking Support: Assist the sales head in tracking daily attendance,



field-visit reports, and monthly target achievements for incentive processing.
- Employee Retention: Organize engagement activities and reward programs to boost team morale and drive corporate retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate in any stream; an MBA or PGDM in HR is a distinct advantage.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven experience in Real Estate recruitment, Insurance hiring, or high-volume BPO hiring.
