Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to manage college recruitment and campus hiring activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with colleges, identifying suitable candidates, conducting initial screening, and supporting the recruitment process from sourcing to joining.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and placement cells.
- Plan and coordinate campus recruitment drives.
- Source and screen candidates through college placements, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews, tests, selection processes, and offer rollouts.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Meet recruitment targets within defined timelines.
- Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
- Support employer branding and campus engagement activities.

Required Skills





- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of basic recruitment and HR processes.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple colleges and candidates.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Willingness to travel for campus recruitment drives.

- Confident and presentable.
- Energetic, target-oriented, and comfortable interacting with students and college management.
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours during recruitment drives.
