We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting a smooth onboarding process — while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Post job openings on job boards, social media, and company career pages
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone/video screenings and coordinate interviews
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) records and recruitment metrics
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms when needed
- Coordinate recent hire onboarding paperwork and processes




- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
- Stay current on recruiting trends, labor laws, and best practices

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- [2]+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Familiarity with ATS software and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance
