HR Recruiter – IT & Non-IT Recruitment

Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Week Off: Sunday

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements and prepare/understand detailed Job Descriptions (JDs).
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening/interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, communication, salary expectations, and job requirements.
- Coordinate technical and functional interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary and manage offer discussions.
- Coordinate candidate documentation and joining formalities.
- Maintain updated candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




- Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets and maintain required Time-to-Hire and Quality-of-Hire standards.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports and provide hiring status updates to management.
