Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview schedules, and supporting the recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, qualified networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic or online interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




- Negotiate and communicate salary, benefits, and joining details as required.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and other recruitment-related documents.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
- Assist with joining formalities and onboarding activities.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening abilities.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with job portals and professional networking

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
