What You'll Do

Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, social media & referrals

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

Connect with candidates and conduct initial HR screening

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Learn the complete Recruitment & Talent Acquisition process

Salary + Incentives:

Freshers: 13,000/month + Performance Incentives





HR Recruitment / TA Internship Experience: 15,000/month + Performance Incentives

Salary + Incentives:Monthly performance incentives

Performance review after 2 months

Salary revision from 3rd month based on performance
