About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in recruitment and gain hands-on experience in the complete hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/video screening interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Assist the HR team with recruitment-related activities and documentation.
- Support the team in meeting recruitment targets and timelines.

Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent English communication is required.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with candidates over phone/video calls.




- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Fresh graduates or candidates pursuing/completing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field are welcome to apply.
