Part-Time HR Recruitment Executive – Fresher

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic and well-spoken HR Recruitment Executive to support our recruitment activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher who wants to gain practical experience in HR, recruitment, candidate coordination and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the HR team in candidate sourcing and recruitment activities.
- Search for suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
- Make initial calls to candidates and understand their profile, interest and availability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the internal hiring team.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and joining formalities.
- Assist in preparing job postings and sharing them across relevant platforms.
- Maintain proper communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support general HR and administrative activities when required.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good confidence while speaking with candidates over phone and in person.




- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment workplace.
- Daily work from office is mandatory.
- Candidate must be available 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM on working days.
