Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and responsible HR Recruiter to support recruitment for our retail garments business. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring suitable candidates for retail stores and other business functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail store and office positions.

- Source candidates through Indeed, job portals, social media, referrals, and local hiring channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

- Recruit candidates for positions such as Sales Staff, Store Executive, Store Manager, Cashier, and other retail roles.

- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.

- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

- Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.

- Maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future vacancies.

- Meet recruitment requirements within the required timelines.





- Coordinate with store and management teams regarding manpower requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in retail, garments, fashion, or FMCG.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to source candidates through online and offline channels.

- Good follow-up and coordination skills.

- Comfortable handling multiple vacancies.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in retail or garments recruitment.

- Experience hiring sales staff and store employees.

- Knowledge of Indeed, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.

- Ability to handle volume hiring.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
