Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and professional Overseas Recruitment Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for candidates seeking employment opportunities abroad. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, managing documentation, and maintaining communication with candidates and overseas clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates for overseas job opportunities.
- Understand job requirements from international employers and match suitable candidates.
- Conduct candidate interviews and initial assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and overseas employers.
- Explain job roles, salary, benefits, contracts, and recruitment processes to candidates.
- Verify candidate documents, qualifications, experience, and other required information.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
- Coordinate with visa, documentation, and immigration teams where required.
- Maintain regular communication with overseas clients and recruitment partners.
- Achieve monthly recruitment and placement targets.
- Ensure professional and timely communication with candidates and clients.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information.
- Stay updated on international recruitment requirements and employment procedures.





Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in overseas recruitment, international recruitment, staffing, HR recruitment, or consultancy will be preferred.

Preferred Experience 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, overseas recruitment, or a related field.
