Our client, a leading global advisory firm, is looking for an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations and support business leaders in achieving organizational goals. The role requires solid stakeholder management, in-depth understanding of HR processes, and hands-on HR experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, and exit processes with a solid India HR generalist lens
- Support and ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, statutory requirements, and maintain awareness of payroll processes
- Independently drive HR processes with high ownership and minimal supervision
- Maintain accurate HR data, contracts, and MIS reporting with strong attention to detail and Excel proficiency




- Collaborate effectively with HR, finance, and global stakeholders to support business needs and HR initiatives

Skills Required

- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations and generalist roles
- Strong understanding of HR operations and HR generalist practices
- Working knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and payroll processes
- High ownership with the ability to execute HR processes independently
- Effective stakeholder management
