nWhat you'll do:

- Finding talent is the main job. Editors, AI artists, designers, writers — you keep finding excellent people, all the time.

- Manage the full hiring process — shortlisting, screening, test tasks.
n
- Manage the team and delegate projects to the right person.
n
- Follow up on execution so work gets delivered on time.
n
- Deal directly with creators and freelancers, and get work done.
n
- Assist me with day-to-day business operations.
